Jesus called deliverance the bread of the children. He said, “Deliverance is as bread”. He chose the word “bread" because it signifies a necessity for sustenance. He could have referred to deliverance in many other ways.
He could have used the term "birth". Deliverance is the children's birth. You would then have to surmise deliverance is a one-time shot, because you are only born once. He chose a term for something that sustains life.
